@wycats it's a euphemism though. It's bad, but more charitable to say than "this person is bad at programming"

@wycats The problem is also with the word "junior". It has a condescending tone and shouldn't apply to people w/ 12 yrs experience. -
@sam2themax@wycats They also bring enthusiasm, new perspectives & pertinent questions. Maybe instead of junior we should call them "fresh"!
