Agile isn't iterating more on the entire product. It's iterating more on the hardest problems.

@wycats I agree. I'm doing a project in the Land of Waterfall & I'm seeing some interesting misconceptions about what agile means. -
@sarahmei do they think there are none? If you plan hard enough you can anticipate everything? -
@wycats example: agile is building the entire product in sequence, then going back & doing the same sequence again with what you learned. -

@wycats they call the first sequence the "mvp" but it's not. -
@sarahmei I see. They think the MVP is the whole product, and then you repeat the MVP for the second "iteration"?
