That doesn't mean all work must be face-to-face, but there's a lot of dismissal of the value of it, which makes the debate difficult.
@justincampbell but I think there's also a lot of dismissal of the limitations of video chat (especially bc of internet reliability)

@wycats it's different for sure, and I would prefer being next to someone given all else equal, but my team is spread out across the US -
