@wycats my point is this: don’t look to SCOTUS or the Constitution to end torture & other widespread violations of human rights in the US -

@wycats unfortunately, the way the Constitution has been interpreted is that it applies only to citizens. & citizens get deported by USCISThanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
