@wycats No, do one engineering project so we aren't stuck with one particular premature optimization (mature in the sense of decades) -
@devonstrawn getting stuck with LLVM bitcode doesn't strike me as a better bargain. Can evolve to something better than JS source too. -
@wycats exactly; NaCl & asm.js both can be improved upon, they're just intermediate points in browser VM evolution -
@DevonStrawn the difference is that asm.js is an evolutionary step 1, NaCL is a boil-the-ocean move-everyone-at-once project.
