Updated prediction: There will be exactly 1 people in the world who use JS generators after async/await ships
@lbljeffmo you're betting that most iterator impls will not be written using generators? Or that there will be vanishingly few collections?

@wycats few collections in practice -
@lbljeffmo I can think of a decent amount off the top of my head: jQuery, a few in _, lodash, the various immutable libs, Ember collections -
@wycats why generator-backed collections? Common case is finite collections (for infinite you really want streams -- maybe async gen) -
@lbljeffmo it's just easier to write iterators using generators. That's what they're for. -
@wycats Finite collections (arrays) and streams (async gen) make a lot of sense to me and seem common. Non-async gen...meh -
@lbljeffmo sure but why does that make you think they won't be common in libs? -
@wycats Because I don't calculate Fibonacci that often in practice? -
