The Angular team has a bizarre, Google-tinted notion of what ES6 means. E.g., Angular 2.0 relies on annotations, which aren't in ES6!

@iammerrick The + and - syntax is totally straw-man, to enable class and method level decorators to be grouped inside the class body.
