@johnbender I haven't seen PE advocates giving kudos to Discourse for their usage of <noscript>. Surely that's as good as <video> fallbacks?

@wycats That's great! They deserve credit for that, but there's a lot of ground to cover between <noscript> and a typical JS heavy app -
@johnbender There's a lot of ground to cover between HTML fallbacks and new HTML5 features. Using <video> fallback doesn't make video play -
@wycats We can take this to extremes with WebRTC but where there are fallbacks they are used. That's not the case with JS many times.
