Tried EmberJS at hack night tonight. I fought the framework and the framework won.
@kylnew what would you say were the major differences in the conceptual model that tripped you up?

@wycats one moment I’ll send links to both. It’s just a simple game I made early in my AJS days that I thought would make a good experimentThanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

@wycats AJS - https://www.dropbox.com/s/gnoctrhqkc8ewtd/index.html … EJS broken/incomplete - https://www.dropbox.com/s/858b7xthalhqivy/index.html … Only had 3 hours to learn/attempt at hack night -
@wycat grr those links won’t work, tried from my phone and it doesn’t generate the same irks as desktop -

@tomdale@wycat just sent em. https://twitter.com/kylnew/status/367490827456503808 … thanks to you both. I tried and failed with bindAttr too, though it’s not in the code -
@kylnew I think this is how we’d do it: http://jsbin.com/ohilar/1 . Animation seems a little smoother than the angular version. /cc@wycats -

@kylnew Your impl. takes some approaches that are fine in a small app but very bad as the app grows (e.g. controllers talking to views) -
@tomdale yeah, it’s not really a practical demo either, heh. That was a first attempt based on limited learning time from an old AJS test.
