GitHub hit the 150 employee mark this morning. About ⅔ are remote. Never had anyone quit. Worrying about how your company works pays off.

@jm I don’t see “quitting” and “being fired” as inherently, so I’m not sure that “nobody quit but we fired 10 people” is that meaningful -
@wycats It's vastly different. Everyone make hiring mistakes unfortunately. :( Nobody's willingly left, let's put it what way heh
