This may include generating some glue import earlier in the build process for things like services, but after that step the whole app will be a vanilla JS application using vanilla modules and import() for dependencies.

Tools like Parcel, Webpack, Rollup, as well as babel and typescript are where our attention should be focused, not how many bytes each framework is today. In a year or two, we'll all laugh about the fact that we thought unused code in frameworks mattered.
