Didn’t take poll. Seems like after due to order of operations. The decorator is part of class definition binding.

The results (so far) are very surprising. While "before" looks nicer, it is semantically broken cause can't be decomposed to two statements. **The exported entity is decorated, not the export.**

I voted for "before" because it looks nicer.

After: The decorator is being applied to the class, not the export declaration.

Before because it is conceptually a function invoked with the class as an argument. Seems odd to invoke it on only part of the class definition. But this leaves the issue of what is actually being exported. It is the result of the invocation so given that, after seems correct.

Before. It looks weird in the middle.

'Before' because it's nicer to read, but, if given the choice, my answer would have been to avoid decorators altogether
