A free-for-all is breaking out as Bolivia's golpistas vie for power While Evo Morales' MAS party continues to solidify their ranks, the top 2 "Civic Committee" leaders spent the past week kneecapping each others' campaigns My latest for

Pro-coup figures may celebrate 's presence at SOTU, but the White House doesn't usually host "foreign heads of state" during the event- unless the "leader" is seen as a puppet And he wasn't even seated next to the First Lady! Yikes. Full segment:

Evo Morales was overthrown by a US-backed rightwing coup and almost murdered because rural votes came in later and increased his lead

I tried to visit the Chimoré military base, in Bolivia's Chapare region. However, local reporters and I were denied access, only (regime outlet) was allowed in. A soldier was watching us and demanded to look at the footage. Why no transparency?

White House: Guaido’s visit was an “opportunity to reaffirm the commitment of the U.S. to the people of Venezuela.” Adorable! Like they're renewing their vows. Still, gotta wonder if they're only doing it for the kids AKA half a million gusanos in Florida

If you've ever questioned a highly suspicious narrative by the political establishment or their beneficiaries, congratulations—the Russians were baiting you and you fell for it!

As the wait for results from the drags on and on, it’s a good time to reflect on how the US government backed a military coup in Bolivia based on a 23-hour delay in counting election results.

Had another great discussion on about elections amid persecution in Bolivia. Listen here:

Remember when America said Evo Morales stole the election because they stopped reporting results for a few hours? Good shit, man.

Like we've said, the "fraud" in the Bolivian elections — the justification for the coup that removed Evo Morales from power — was just the stuff that every election authority has to deal with, including in the richest country in the world.

Incredible breakdown by and of how the indigenous and working class social movements which make up the MAS party in Bolivia succeeded, how they were overthrown, and where they're heading. If you want to understand whats happening in Bolivia, check it out:

Bolivian journalist is one of the only people doing English-language reporting on the ground in Bolivia, after the Trump-backed fascist coup He wrote a helpful guide explaining who the various right-wing US-backed presidential candidates are:

My piece on Bolivia's divided pro-coup right. When I wrote this, there were five different candidates. There are now 10, all fighting each other. Via

Urgent: The Bolivian regime has just ordered the arrest of the MAS' delegate on the electoral council. Is this how they're preparing to rig the vote? Will USAID be the only observers allowed?

A friend sent this to me from ’s Miami rally this afternoon A cop jovially boasts about committing police brutality He & his cohorts laugh as he demonstrates how he put his knee in the back of a person so that they “couldn’t breathe”

Shame they didn't think to do this in Hong Kong—they'd be "pro-democracy" protesters instead
