Is the Open Source Leadership Summit anything more than an excuse for rich managers and executives to get treated like royalty? I know most folks in FOSS feel like they're doing good but I can assure you that the OSLS is not "doing good" in any way.

Nothing wrong with developers being treated like royalty. Here in Scotland, most of our developers are directly related to the British, German, French and Dutch royal families through all the bastard offspring sired by them since the dark ages.
