I was not. I have 1gb up/down. It's affecting a lot of players. It's possible it's not related to OWL but it is happening. Crazy ping / RTT spikes. It affects all players in the game when it happens, not just me. Customs and Competitive.

Hey thank you for the follow up! I have noticed it more on east coast. Will be sitting at 23ms/30rtt and it spikes up to about 120 each. Just unusual. Really happy to hear you guys are able to look into it. Thank you!
