I like @Razer hardware but their software is so obnoxious I'm going to switch to a different manufacturer.

I haven't bought anything from them since my Naga in 2012 and I keep hearing horror stories about how bad their new ones are, and this one will need replacing soon. D:

It really is. I really love the Naga and it's improved my gaming a lot. I get it's good to upgrade products and keep improving them but maybe try to consider what made that original product so popular too.
