I haven't bought anything from them since my Naga in 2012 and I keep hearing horror stories about how bad their new ones are, and this one will need replacing soon. D:
I like @Razer hardware but their software is so obnoxious I'm going to switch to a different manufacturer.

I love my steelseries mouse I got after the pads on my deathadder just up and fell off one day, it fits my long hand's palm grip! Then now you can get into the custom keyboard game aw yiss

It was due to a conflicting software bug with my Razer Kraken 7.1 headset and Overwatch that nearly ruined my love for the game in October 2016. However, it is because of that incident that I learned to troubleshoot problems on Overwatch which led me being a forum MVP today.
