Just had a comp OW match where one player kept disconnecting and reconnecting the whole time. Can't believe I'm losing SR for this shit.

If someone leaves, the match should not count against the losing team. Give SR to the winners, fine, but don't penalize me for it.
not realistic. Then you'd end up with games pressuring someone to leave so you'd avoid SR loss.

:T I'm trying to understand this logic, but I honestly can't. Because people are currently leaving to be jerks.

If the rules change, player behavior will. As soon as a match looks bad, everyone on losing side will bail.
