Unpopular opinion? Meatloaf doesn't gain anything by being wrapped in bacon.
I agree. But mostly because I don't care for meatloaf. Even adding bacon doesn't help. :(

Meatloaf is an art that it may be argued isn't worth getting right. I happen to enjoy a good meatloaf though.
