@Zwucke Thanks for the heads up. Customer service is the correct first step for this. 10 in a 30 day period is the intended limit.

@ww CS tells me 12 is the max amount of redeemable tokens. I know from other people that this is incorrect, They redeemed 40+ tokens. -
@ww Before that, 31 days after my last purchase, CS told me 30 days hadn't passed so I'd have to wait another day to be able to buy 10 more
