Does Blizz have internal CI/CD tools or use 3rd party? This is a great under taking!

Can vary between teams, on OW we use a custom built setup that creates (VM) infrastructure per branch for CI and heavily leans on distributed building (for both code and data). For deployment we use Ansible, but also have web tools for QA/Producers to manage dev environments.
