That's odd. Clearing your browser's cache and cookies may help clear things up. Also, try using Incognito/Private Browsing mode to see if that makes any difference. On a smart TV, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Let us know if this helps.

Tried Incognito and no luck. On certain quality settings, the buffer will not budge until I select a lower or higher quality. I normally have it on 480p setting
