Hey y'all a member has stepped up to help with our treasury needs, which is awesome, but we had to switch our cashapp to allow them to help manage it, so our new cashapp is $wspmutualaid1. Just an FYI and a thank you for continuing to support what we do!

shameful that we’re only just now being “strongly urged” to wear masks. COVID, flu and RSV levels have BEEN high. disabled people have BEEN telling everyone to mask up. it’s not too late to start wearing masks again — it’s an easy form of community care

Today @NYCHealthCommr issued an advisory as NYC faces high levels of COVID-19, flu and RSV. New Yorkers are strongly urged to wear masks in public indoor settings and crowded outdoor settings: on.nyc.gov/3ULqGDZ
Text reads: COVID-19 Advisory. Everyone should wear a mask: At all times when in an indoor public setting, including inside stores, offices, lobbies, hallways, elevators, public transportation, schools, child care facilities, and other public shared spaces; In crowded outdoor settings; If you’re sick and unable to separate from others, such as when traveling to and from a health care provider, picking up groceries

Far-right fascists harass, disrupt, and invade...and the NYPD does nothing. The heartbreaking similarities between this + clinic defense make it painfully clear that we need *us* to keep us safe. We stand in solidarity with those defending story hours and other LGBTQ+ spaces

Looks like the harasser crew got inside the library, directly accosting patrons and staff in an effort to disrupt library services, and once again NYPD did little more than ask them to leave. This is Robert White, yelling at a room full of kids & parents.

Sinthia is near and dear to us. She was instrumental in holding down Anarchy Row and has fought tooth and nail for the houseless community for decades. The state has taken so much from her, but she's still fighting. Let's show her some love 🖤🏴🖤

This under sizing is bad news — its ensuring that inspectors checking-in on HPD violations don’t get hired, someone to review voucher applications don’t get hired, etc. Everything slows, they say it doesn’t work & privatize it, meanwhile, we have subway cops on their phones.

The cuts will mean the city will not fill roughly 4,700 vacancies, according to City Hall estimates. It will not affect teachers nor uniformed vacancies in departments like police and fire. gothamist.com/news/citing-lo

We absolutely speechless yet again because of right wing violence. This is happening YET AGAIN because of stochastic terrorism from the same people. We hope NAR begins to ship the $5,000 in IFAKs we have backordered soon so we can begin to ship even more to your communities
