The Hong Kong’s balkans are designed in such a way that without winning Sam Shing nobody would be able to govern properly, but luckily for the residents here

That’s the typhoon shelter, the whole of the castle peak bay all the way to the airport is a part of the Sam Shing constituency.
@Nrg8000 had only limited the sea to be visible for 100m around land masses
