    twitter trained people to think that liking/starring a tweet was a way to express a positive response without sharing it with followers. as soon as twitter realised that they needed those engagement numbers, they started broadcasting likes in the same way. bait and switch, 100%.

    current thing: I have my factory bank presented as a bank to the VST host. when the host loads in a chunk (say, when loading in a project), some hosts also then set the program index, which currently clobbers the program with the patch from the factory bank
