2/ Capture your ideas as they happen.
The problem isn't that you don't have the ideas, it's getting them into your system before they run away.

3/ Three Moleskine notebooks
Two large ones - one on my desk and another in my bag. And a small one that lives in my pocket.
I use unlined paper so that I can scribble, sketch and write.

4/ Multiple yellow Post-it pads on my desk
Sometimes grabbing a Post-it feels better than a Moleskine. Go with the flow. Do whatever gets the job done.

Ideas, web pages and most of my life go into Obsidian (obsidian.md). Link to your notes and get drafting!
Possibly my best software discovery in the past 10 years.

8/ MarkDownload plugin
An extension for turning most web pages into markdown for Obsidian
For Chrome (chrome.google.com/webstore/detai) , Safari, Firefox and Brave. It works on my Mac and my Chromebook. I think Windows and Linux, also.

9/ Hazel
A housekeeping app for the Mac (noodlesoft.com). For a start, I can save markdown files into the Downloads folder and Hazel sweeps them into Obsidian.
You may just find a few other uses ;-)
