I’m a little nervous they’re gonna target him after this but that is insane that entire google accounts are getting suspended. He said it already but that goes so much further than YouTube, people’s livelihoods are getting messed with. That is crazy.

If they target Mark, it will only show how guilty af they are and how they don’t care about creators at all, big or small. I’m personally already convinced though by what they’ve done in the past in response to other issues that they don’t even care at all anyway.

I think it’s also the fact that the wrong people, who only care about money and views and are basically corporate, are the ones in charge. Not people who are actually affected and care about others being affected by issues on the site.

I think YouTube should be run by the people, for the people. It should be run by creators who love to create, people who care about helping others who are struggling, people who want to change the world in positive ways.

Respectfully, I don't believe it is a corporate issue. There is nothing to be gained from this. Financially, this just hurts Google. Mark said towards the end of the video "get them to answer my God damned emails." It doesn't make sense for Google to ignore this or push it

aside. Mark may be one creator but he has alot of pull and respect from other communities. If he decided on some sort of exodus from Youtube to some other platform, he could convince alot of others to follow. I dont know. This is all sorts of screwy.

Making the entirety of youtube run by bots brings huge financial gains. The less people they have to pay the more money they make and because youtube is such a greedy company, they will never change their approach.

Sad thing is, YouTube will retaliate, being the snakes they are, they'll not make the notifications go out more than they already don't, not promote him on recommended, just like they did to Pewds, different circumstances, but it'll be the same.

It really doesn’t make sense for google to continue to push these issues on everybody and/or to just ignore them, they haven’t done anything though to suggest they care about these issues at all given the responses mark highlighted from the YouTube team in his video.

They will care when they get a class action because it's going beyond being able to log into YouTube, some peoples lives are in purgatory atm because they use gmail for school, work, and payments.

Unfortunately at the moment, per googles T&C no one is able to file a class action against them, at least not in the US. Arbitration agreement
