    This is a stunning book with a beautiful ending. Won’t spoil the ending but it brought tears to my eyes. is a brilliant story l highly recommend. version as well is so worth a listen 🎧 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

    Incredibly excited to get my hands on this eventually. For me, Mick Herron is writing the best series in modern crime fiction right now. If you’ve not done so already, read Slow Horses immediately. Trust me - you will be compelled to read them all when you’re done.

    I just finished The Shadows by and I am in tears. 10/10. I am deeply moved, which is something I didn’t expect going into reading a book that looked dark & about murder & disappearances. I can’t wait to start another one of his books, “The Whisper Man,” tomorrow.

    I’m about half way through The Shadow Friend by . It’s so brilliant & terrifying so far, but the standout for me is the mother/son relationship. I instantly think of my mother & grandmother. It’s so important to stay in touch, especially during these times.
