We can debate semantics until the cows come home but when people say "beauty is subjective" they are not making a lingo-philosophical statement but are merely telling you that your opinion is worthless. They are asking you to believe there are no truths. So don't believe them.

No ideology. Beauty exists and it matters. It is a counterclaim to those who charged by ideology claims that beauty is subjective (which is to say meaningless, which is to say your opinion is worthless).

A beautiful thing will be seen as beautiful by everyone, however when it comes to preferences between multiple beautiful things, subjectivity matters. E.g everyone finds both Rose & hibiscus as beautiful but may find one more beautiful than other.

In this case you mean relative not subjective.

This is probably ridiculous, but I have no answer to it. If one person can see “beauty” in something, and another can’t, can’t that be considered subjective?

Beauty exists and it matters. Taste, affection, habit, etc., are not to be taken as proof that beauty is subjective (you even use the word "see"), but our feeling for beauty and our interaction or understanding of it, can be differ.
