      ISIS is fairly fucking competent, dude. You notice how they expanded from getting kicked out of Syria, then rolled 2 Iraqi army divisions with 400 men, subsequently growing to control a nation-state-size territory while fighting the whole world? That doesn’t happen by luck alone.
