This is the key challenge. Either do it underground, or make it public but wholly unappealing to women/gays/progressives

Profit motive a double-edged sword here... Great motivator to establish boxes, but chasing marginal dollars means an organisational drift towards sanitising things for women, will eventually undo any initial work to make things esoterically masculine/rightist
