@MatthewWRossi There’s a lot of core mechanical issues which need to be fixed to change this trend. DPS boosts aren’t it.

@wowcynwise I don't even mean "our DPS isn't good enough" - TO DPS as a warrior means the Burst Window.

@wowcynwise The Burst Window is horrible. It is not fun or intuitive. No one plays a game saying "I want to do nothing for 2/3rds of play"
