    We just want to play our full class without doing bad dps, healing, or tanking. We don't want to pass up opportunities to do other content at the level we prefer because we're on the Conduit cooldown timer.

    How can they fix it? They should remove Conduit timers or make them spec-specific like the Heart of Azeroth. Clearly they have the technology to make it work that way. Why isn't it being used? Too much fun?

    Some Conduits are badly tuned, but others make a big difference. Should your dps/heal spec perform 5-10% under its potential because you aren't playing it as your main in raid? Maybe it's your main for M+. Not a hard scenario to imagine, right? Why design for single-spec play?

    Imagine that you're a main spec healer and want to make world content easier, or help friends in M+/Heroic raid. Too bad. You can only change so many Conduits over the next 3 days, which may leave you unable to switch back to the optimal configuration for your main raid.

    Some classes have no Convenant choice that works for all specs (they should be visual only), and that's bad. Then to make it worse, Conduits can't be changed often to accommodate different content or specs. Frankly, this might be the worst system implemented in modern WoW.

    We're rarely this critical about WoW, because we really like this game, but we're also incredibly irritated by the Conduit system in Shadowlands. TL;DR: Current WoW: Play 1-2 of your class specs badly, or play an alt. That's not a good design choice with player QoL in mind.

    Sharing my thoughts on the leaver situation.

    People leaving dungeons after not getting an item is okay. Sometimes, real life things come up or a person just wants to leave. Dungeons aren't prisons. It feels the worst in Mythics, so a solution is to move legendaries to the last boss for all difficulties.
