I personally use Ghost, which is open and is turnkey for the paid hosted solution, it's very sleek, fast and has a desktop native app. But take your pick on any opensource blogging platform, WordPress is often the go to.

How? I would like to decentralise the publications. Please tell me, I am genuinely interested.

Just spin up your own blog. I use Ghost, but Wordpress is a good open alternative.

Easier for traction, especially for those who don't have a high twitter following.

Speaking from experience, if you write good stuff, your Twitter following will follow. I started with a blog, not a Twitter following.

And btw,
@woonomic , if you need to give a try to the Steem blockchain I can provide you with an account -
I didn’t like how the token economy around it worked in practice behind the scenes. Whales farming content and upvotes etc. Just felt economically centralised. What I like about an independent blog is it’s sovereign. I can pull the content and move it wherever I want.

I just don't get why are not more crypto projects trying to create decentralized social networks.
-
Blogs were the original decentralised social network, it's perfectly fine to not reinvent the wheel and add a scammy fundraising token to the mix. This is the problem with crypto, founders are reinventing stuff and shoehorning a fundraising token to make a quick buck.
