    They did. Health care, voting rights, gun control, education, and so much more. The House passed ALL of them. ALL are sitting in the Senate. Don't blame the people who are both legislating AND holding Trump accountable. Blame the people who are doing NEITHER.

    Honestly, impeachment could barely have gone better for Dems. Republicans exposed as partisan hypocrites who ran a sham trial, bipartisan vote to convict, infighting within the GOP, embattled Repub Senators embarrassing themselves with bizarre excuses, Trump enraged and flailing

    Mitch complaining about the process is fucking hilarious. The guy who invented a new law to steal a Supreme Court seat now has feelings about "propriety."

    today WH loses Sinema, Manchin, Jones and Romney (R) they hoped to get them all they lost them all

    so it may seem odd, but Romney's vote changes mood. In context, all the other R speeches seem more hollow than usual Sinema and Manchin vote to convict. So it goes

    Put another way, the vote to convict is bipartisan. The vote to acquit is partisan.

    JUST IN: Sen. Joe Manchin (.) will vote to convict Trump on both articles of impeachment. His decision eliminates any possibility that Trump could receive a bipartisan acquittal.

    Here is an entire thread on the junk plans that Trump touted tonight, which most definitely do NOT protect people with preexisting conditions. They leave them without care, saddled with hundreds of thousands of dollars in surprise bills, or both.

    1/ Bloomberg has a must-read story out today on short-term, limited duration junk insurance plans that the Trump administration is promoting as an alternative to comprehensive ACA plans. The story highlights how bad these plans are for consumers.
