    Drug companies and their GOP allies are throwing a lot of fraudulent charges at the Medicare provisions. The poll shows that are strong and effective responses to each of them. The poll was conducted Aug 30-Sept 7 with a representative national cross section of 1200 voters .

    Over 70% say drug companies charge unreasonable prices, and across party lines voters are more concerned that Congress won't go far enough to lower drug prices than that Congress will stop discovery of new cures by over-regulating drug prices.
