    This is so important - we talk a lot about the positive benefits of high-quality early learning programs but less about the impacts on children and families when it comes low-quality. We must keep focus on both as we work to ensure all children have access to high quality care.

    Affordable, reliable is critical for working families' job stability & economic security. But thinking about child care w/o considering the potential impact on children is a wasted opportunity and poses risks to a child’s healthy development.
