Aim for 50/50 on all Boards, Councils & every level of the health system
Of 34 member state reps at @WHO #EB146, 13 are women, compared to only 8 in 2019. Big improvement, but we can still do better to reach #genderparity at a meeting of such importance to the future of #globalhealth & #HealthforAll.

While I do agree that in a perfect world an organization should strive for 50/50, but shouldn't the most qualified people get the positions? Doesn't matter if it's 90% male or female.
