Yes it can- but thousands of people take it for Lupus and RA, so if someone has recently been diagnosed with either, don’t scare them into not following doctors orders

I’m sure they’re already aware of the side effects and have cardiologists amongst their practitioners. There have been shortages due to off brand usage, which can put their lives at risk.
