Yes so far as we know. But there is a weird lack of realism in this. It is hard to sustain civilised values where Civilisations have broken down. Most of us don’t have to face that.

I go to those places, it was my job for over a decade, and I absolutely can condemn those men. (I do appreciate your point about the organization as a whole — please still support Oxfam for the great work it does, while holding it to higher standards than it has shown!)
