    PUBLISHERS: please use orcid to authenticate. having a zillion of passwords is no longer acceptable. i’m considering not doing any reports from easter next year unless this is used. Can this be down? It would reduce stress levels a lot. Who is with me? please rt.

    Just went through this same issue w a submission and I agree it was 1000x easier to submit when the journal used ORCID login to authenticate, esp since PIs always have accounts but haven’t used them in months. Other logins are quite clunky
