    Oh look, yet another study showing that when you ask organisations to "demonstrate results" it undermines the creation of actual results. There is really no excuse for people to use that form of performance management.

    Research by shows pressure to demonstrate results can undermine performance, particularly when environments are unpredictable & task performance hard to reliably & accurately measure.

    1) Pretty far, but we haven't really even started yet, 2) the article speculates what "indigenisation" could contribute merely acc to global-Western standards, and 3) epistemologically, this concerns "non-indigenous" "other" perspectives as well
