That has not been my experience. The site has always accepted "public" comments WITHOUT a sign-in -- I have posted many in the past. Only recently has the site demanded a sign-in. I have a YouTube account; never had to "sign in" to post a comment.

If I could post "anonymous" comments in the past without signing in, when did the policy change -- or did it change at all? Is some entity just blocking my "public" comments? Are these responses really coming from
