So I actually wanted to use metatraits in a framework I was working on. Instead, I hacked around it by implementing the trait for `dyn Trait` objects, and using the `dyn Trait` type without ever creating a crate object.

The point of the Monoid example was that this provides a solution for the objections to coherence. Both Add + Zero and Mul + One can implement Monoid.

You can now abstract over different traits implemented by the same type. `where i32: M`, `M::append(x, y)`. All the types are concrete, but the operation depends on whether you insert `Add` or `Mul`.
