@wirecard any idea when I can expect an answer/reaction on chargeback issues that have been pending for more than 3 months! so far, besides the automatic receipt message and despite multiple reminders, I didn't get ANY answers, nada rien nichts and I'm getting kinda impatient...

We're now more than one month and a half later after your last tweet and about 8 months after I sent my chargeback requests, and despite multiple reminders per emails or DM, still no answer nor solution... You just don't care about it, do you?
