@wirecard Afternoon, I’ve got one of the LYK cards from Thomas Cook! With them cease trading, how does it affect my card? Should I withdraw the money I’ve got on it or can I continue using it and top it up with more money?
Hi Danny, thanks for your message. Your funds remain secure, as they are held by us in a Wirecard bank account at a regulated credit institution which is completely separate to the Thomas Cook business. You can continue using your card as normal. I will DM you for further support
