@Ask_Spectrum I was issued a refund on 9/25, which is through @wirecard. I was on the phone w/ Spectrum for 1.5hr today, who say the refund was issued, but wirecard say they don't have any record of it. Neither party knew what to do. YOU OWE ME MONEY. How do YOU fix this issue?
Hi Tee, We are sorry to hear of the trouble you are encountering. Could you please provide the First and Last Name that your spectrum account is under and the city and state of that account as well? Once received we will research internally as well as reach out to spectrum.
