I have latest Windows 10 build, and latest update for my Galaxy S9+. Why am I unable to get the new call features that are being advertised here?

Not able to see this feature in my #yourphone app Is it coming late to my region(India) or my phone won't support (nokia 8.1).

Haven't got the feature still. I'm on the latest version of Windows 10 (1909). Is the roll out happening server side?
