Yeah there would be a lawsuit I’d win because legally it’s considered assault then I get paid there has been many civil suits over this same thing and many won

There has been many lawsuits over liquids being thrown at people and them suing them and winning you can check online for yourself the law don’t care if you think it’s not assault they say it’s assault so guess what it’s assault in the courts
