How do you measure a man? Inches? Oh, ok, I wasn’t expecting such an easy answer. Anyhow, I write software and try to think about life. I have OCD and 3 cats.

Second off, indie developers used to be able to talk to their customers directly. Now customers leave 1-star reviews when they need support.

@wilshipley @czechboy0 That’s a good thing. There’s enough hate against customers in our circles already, no need to leash it out directly.

@NeoNacho @wilshipley Why hate? Our customers are why we're making our products. It's just frustrating to not be able to reply to questions.

@czechboy0 @wilshipley IDK why, but look at all those devs making fun of people leaving one star reviews.

@NeoNacho @wilshipley Do you ever read reviews? I read 100% of ours. You need a thick skin. Especially when people just plain lie there.

@czechboy0 @wilshipley Yes, that’s why it’s good to not be able to reply. Do you really want to get into heated debates with customers?

@wilshipley @czechboy0 Makes sense, but I don’t think many devs actually want that.
