My husband was the one who wanted the circ when I had our sons. I genuinely do not care. My sons sex lives are just fine - as are my brothers and all the patients I see who are circumcised. I am still blown away that I was dragged into this.

You sound like a rape apologist explaining how nothing you've done to your victims genitals affects them. It does affect them whether you admit it or not.

Never blamed women as a whole, I was referring to the lot of you in here telling men what to do with their body. If you don’t want to be told what to do with yours, don’t do the same to others.

Before a child turns 18. And have mentioned multiple times I don’t care much about circumcision, just don’t want it compared to FGM.

I didn’t so I’m not sure why you continue to respond to me directly as if you’re expecting some type of reaction on the comparison of the two. And the two aren’t the same in terms of how people treat it and while I’m pro-choice, I can understand both sides because it involves -

- another life. That said, parents shouldn’t have to do unnecessary medical procedures on infants unless their life depends on it. If there’s a problem with retraction or persistent medical issues, then I understand.
